Apples and cheese, easy work snack!

Coconut pancakes with berries and mascarpone, turkey bacon and egg whites. Not exactly paleo-but delish!

Steak with a little A1, parmesan cheese, swiss chard and broccoli.

Yogurt. I know, sugar. I was desperate.

broccoli with 3 eggs and hot sauce and 1 pear.

Dinner out. Half roasted chicken with spinach. Delicious!

3.20.09 snack 2


Some more mascarpone, berries and a cheese stick. (4F, 1C, 1P).

Not a very good pic, but this is the rest of my salad from lunch.

2c mixed greens 1C
ounce or so goat cheese 1P
olive oil and vinegar 1F

These are guestimates, the real weighing comes into play soon!.

Filet mignon (approx 4 oz- half of what they gave me) 3P
2c steamed veggies 1C
2c salad with mixed greens, olives, sprouts, cucumbers and goat cheese. 2C, 2P
Olive Oil and Vinegar Dress.

This was as close (eyeing) to a 3 block meal as I can get. I'll start weighing this weekend.

Breakfast:

1 cup coffee with
1/2c soy milk (we were out of regular) .5C .5P
2tbsp Mascarpone Cheese 4F
3 large strawberries .5C
"Easy" Egg Omelette - Egg White, Cheddar and Broccoli 2F, 1P
6 almonds - 2F

Total - 2P, 2C, 8F

I went a little overboard with the fat there- I was thinking mascarpone was a combo item, but after doing the breakdown it really is mostly fat. And delicious!
