Breakfast:
1 cup coffee with
1/2c soy milk (we were out of regular) .5C .5P
2tbsp Mascarpone Cheese 4F
3 large strawberries .5C
"Easy" Egg Omelette - Egg White, Cheddar and Broccoli 2F, 1P
6 almonds - 2F
Total - 2P, 2C, 8F
I went a little overboard with the fat there- I was thinking mascarpone was a combo item, but after doing the breakdown it really is mostly fat. And delicious!
